12:30-1:00 PM IS ONLY FOR SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES! If you have a child with autism, in a wheelchair, or mobility impaired, this is the best time for you to come. A larger, more stable ramp will be installed this year for wheelchair accessibility to the stage where The Grinch is.
